The Return is a space to step away from the outside noise, slow down and reconnect with yourself.
Through meditation, Reiki and sound healing, you’re invited to rest, receive and deepen the connection between your mind, body and inner self. Whether you’re fully present with each word or drift into a deeper state of rest, allow yourself to let go, turn inward and reconnect with the wisdom that already lives within you.
A reminder that everything you need to return to yourself, begins within.
What to bring: A pillow, comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and anything else that helps you feel supported. Mats, bolsters, blankets and eye masks are provided.
IMPORTANT: This event has a strict no-cancellation, no-refund policy. Tickets may be transferred to another person if you’re unable to attend (this is the responsibility of the ticket holder). Tickets are not transferable to another event.
